This is a fun-filled, family- and dog-friendly event themed around hats, hounds, and heart – and all proceeds go to charity!

What’s the event in aid of?

The event raises funds for Underdog International, a small but mighty charity helping dogs and children worldwide. Since launching in 2019, they’ve:

• Rehomed over 1,200 dogs

• Reached 367,000+ children through global education programmes

• Delivered therapy dog sessions to 33,100 UK schoolchildren

• Inspired 590,000 children through the Great British Bark Off

About the event

Held at the impressive Elmtree Canine Retreat (8000 square feet indoor arena + three-acre outdoor fairground-style space), the Mad Hatter’s Dog Day will also mark the official launch of the Haute Dogs 2026 Calendar, a ‘fashion-meets-rescue’ charity project featuring rescue dogs in couture hats designed by top international milliners.

Together, we’re turning fun, fashion, and furry paws into real-world impact!
